During the beginning of my time at Rooster Teeth, I was tasked with ideating, designing, and producing merchandise for the Rooster Teeth Store. Depending on what brand group I was working with, I’d oftentimes meet with them first to discuss what vibe they were looking for, and set to work on concepting. Once approved, I worked with the Merch Lead to designate blanks to each of the designs, and created detailed tech packs that were sent off to the printers that had everything from art placement, to neck labels, to specialty print notes.

T-shirts were a staple of the RT Store, but I snuck in a couple dresses and a handbag during my time on the merch team, which selfishly might be my favorite.

The Fiona Thyme t-shirt has a special place in my heart as she is the character I’m lucky enough to voice in RWBY. When asked to create this design, I no longer worked on the merchandise team, but was ecstatic to contribute – and modeled it for marketing on the store afterwards as well.
