My very first job in the design space was working as a Jr Graphic Designer for the agency and newsmagazine, Housingwire. During that time, I worked on a myriad of branding and advertising projects that truly spearheaded my career, but one that I'm particularly fond of was the layout work for the magazine itself. It was my job to read the reporters' articles and visually communicate them as high-concept main spreads, then lay out the subsequent text beyond. Issues were still physically printed at that time every month, in which I'd participate in printer checks with my art director.
